Silver City Stiletto to Broken Hill 7-12 September
Additional transport is now available to this years’ Broken Heel Festival with a specially scheduled train, known as the 'Silver City Stiletto', departing early morning from Central Station in Sydney on Thursday 7 September.
The Broken Heel Festival celebrates the iconic Australian film ‘Priscilla Queen of the Desert’ and in 2017 is expected to attract approximately 3,000 visitors to Broken Hill. This journey will take around 13 hours and stops at Strathfield, Parramatta, Katoomba, Lithgow, Bathurst, Orange and Parkes on the way to Broken Hill.
Festival organisers will provide gift bags and entertainment while on board and also for the departure from Sydney and on arrival into Broken Hill. The Festival runs from Friday 8 September to Sunday 10 September 2017.
The return journey will be via the regular Broken Hill to Sydney train on Tuesday 12 September 2017.
