Busways services in Sydney’s west and the Central Coast impacted by stop work action
Customers using Busways services in western Sydney and the Central Coast are advised some services may be disrupted for four hours on Friday 21 September.
Some Transport Workers Union (TWU) members are planning to stop work between 10am and 2pm as part of ongoing protected industrial action. Delays may continue after this period as normal services resume.
Affected services include routes in Penrith, Blacktown and Windsor, as well as routes in Gosford and Wyong. School services will operate as normal.
Some Opal card machines may be switched off, which could affect the real time trip information on trip planning apps.
You should travel with a valid Opal card and tap on and off where machines are operational.
