More bus services for Macquarie Park, Lane Cove, Epping
From 30 September there will be 350 additional bus services added in and around the busy Macquarie Park precinct.
These will include more weekly services, more frequent services and greater travel options in the Macquarie Park, Epping and Lane Cove areas.
The additional services will ensure better connections to the Sydney CBD and Parramatta on weekdays, making bus travel an even more reliable and convenient option.
The M54 from Parramatta to Epping and Macquarie Park will have additional services either side of the morning and afternoon peaks, while the 288 from Epping to the Sydney CBD will get extra services around the busiest times of the day. Most daytime services on weekdays will operate to and from Epping.
Customers taking the 533 between Sydney Olympic Park, Wentworth Point and Rhodes Station would also benefit. There will be 60 extra services during peak periods on weekdays to give commuters more travel options, which will make getting to and from home and work easier.
There will also be additional weekday shoulder peak services on routes 251, 253, 285, 292, 293 and 294.
