Opal+ Perks Hoyts Offer

1. The HOYTS Opal + Perks customers offer is only open to active Opal + Perks customers to purchase a:
   1. $13.50 standard general admission ticket
2. Valid for use Monday – Friday, offered at any HOYTS cinemas in NSW. Online booking fee and surcharges may apply. Limit of one transaction per member per day.
3. Tickets are for Opal + Perks customers personal use and may not be re-sold, transferred, used for commercial purposes or otherwise provided to a third party. Tickets purchased in excess of the daily limit or sold or used in breach of these terms and conditions may be cancelled without a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, and the ticketholder may be refused admission.
4. Opal + Perks customers can use the offer via the restricted eDM or any other restricted means (including via a webpage or app) facilitated by TfNSW where they will be redirected to the HOYTS website. Tickets purchased using the ticket offer are subject to the Hoyts Terms of Use available to view at https://www.hoyts.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions.
5. Ticket fulfilment will be available for Opal + Perks customers at point of sale in cinema. Members must use the in-cinema code which will appear on the movie times digital screen. Members must follow the link to the Offer ticketing website and follow the instructions. Customers will then be able to purchase tickets to the movie session of their choice. By using the in-cinema code, the booking fee will not apply.
6. Surcharges may apply as follows
   1. 3D - $3.50 surcharge (3D glasses are not included and must be purchased separately)
   2. Xtremescreen - surcharges vary from $2 to $4 depending on session attended
   3. DBOX - surcharges vary
7. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, special event or group event such as ‘Girls’ Night Out’, ‘Mate Night’, HOYTS Daybed and HOYTS Rewards Members screenings or any third party screenings.
8. Hoyts reserves the right to change the offer at any time including without limitation the pricing, fees and surcharges.
9. The Offer applies to
   1. all standard tickets;
   2. all recliner tickets;
   3. all Xtremescreen tickets (subject to the surcharge in clause 4).
10. HOYTS Rewards points cannot be used to redeem this offer and will not be accrued by purchasing a ticket using this offer.
11. Tickets purchased using this offer will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).
12. Tickets are valid for the selected movie and session only. Classification rules still apply, so personal identification and proof of age may be required to use a ticket or attend certain movie sessions.
