Getting to Rosehill Gardens Racecourse

In Sydney's west, Rosehill Gardens Racecourse is home to horse racing events.

The best station for connections to Rosehill Gardens is Parramatta where you can change for buses to get to and from the racecourse. Trains to Parramatta run every 10 to 15 minutes on weekends.

Route 535 buses replace trains on the former T6 Carlingford Line which closed on 5 January 2020. Services run every 20 minutes and a standard train fare applies.

Catch the 535 from Valentine Ave on the southern side of Parramatta Interchange to the Camellia/Rosehill stop on Hassall St to get within walking distance of Rosehill Gardens.

The closest ferry wharf to the racecourse is Parramatta. From Parramatta Wharf walk to Parkes St to catch buses towards Rosehill Gardens.

There’s limited free parking available in P4 and P5 car parks located on James Ruse Drive and Prospect Street, as well as P6 Infield Cark Park via Gate 2 on Unwin Street.

Traffic changes for Parramatta Light Rail construction may affect how you travel through Parramatta CBD. For more information visit Parramatta Light Rail.
