Important Travel Advice

Fans are encouraged to plan their trip and catch publish transport to avoid heavy traffic.

Public transport is the best way to get to Allianz Stadium with frequent light rail and buses servicing the Moore Park area. Travel on transport is included in your ticket to the game.

Trains to the City run regularly on weekends where you can connect with frequent light rail services to Moore Park. The Moore Park light rail stop is located a short walk across from Allianz Stadium.  Plenty of regular route buses also make stops along Anzac Parade and Oxford Street nearby.

Consider walking between Central and Moore Park via Devonshire Street and the Albert ‘Tibby’ Cotter Walkway to avoid the queues for transport services before and after the match. See our Moore Park walking route map (pdf 550KB) to find your way.

Please note that weekend trackwork on the City Circle, T1 North Shore and T2 Inner West lines may affect how you travel. Trains on the T1 North Shore Line will end at North Sydney. You will need to change at North Sydney for a bus to Wynyard where you can connect with light rail services to Moore Park. Plan ahead using the Trip Planner and allow extra travel time.

If you have to drive, carpool with your group and allow extra travel time as traffic will be heavy and parking in the precinct may fill quickly. You can find real-time updates on traffic conditions at livetraffic.com.

Parking is available near Allianz Stadium at the Entertainment Quarter Wilson car park, grass car park on Driver Avenue and Sydney Boys & Girls High School car park off Cleveland Street. A flat rate event parking fee will apply.

Valid pre-purchased tickets to Roosters 2024/2025 season home games at Allianz Stadium include travel to and from Moore Park on the following transport services – just show your event ticket to transport staff when boarding:

Remember to keep your event ticket safe for your return journey or you'll need to use your Opal card or contactless payment method, as you must have a valid ticket when travelling on public transport. Your match ticket is valid on the modes of public transport listed above until 4am the following day.

Note: an additional train station access fee applies for travel to or from Domestic and International Airport stations. The access fee is not covered by your event ticket travel entitlements.
