Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May
  • Buses replace trains between Cronulla and Sutherland.
  • Trains run to a changed timetable between Waterfall, Sutherland and Bondi Junction.

  • Daily from 6.30am to 12.15pm, some trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern.
  • Some trains start or end at Hurstville or Sutherland. You may need to change trains to continue your journey.
  • Trains may leave from different platforms, please check indicator screens before boarding.

  • Sunday from 1pm to 4pm, trains do not stop at Wolli Creek but make an extra stop at Arncliffe.
  • Buses run between Sydenham, Wolli Creek and Arncliffe.
  • Change at Arncliffe or Sydenham for a bus to Wolli Creek or change at Central for a T8 Airport train if you have luggage or accessibility needs.
Sydney Metro and City Circle train trackwork may also affect how you travel
  • Trains do not run between Central and Wynyard, or on the City Circle.
  • For travel in the City use trains, light rail or local buses.
  • Sydney Metro services do not run between Sydenham and Tallawong.

Replacement buses
  • Most replacement buses are Opal-enabled. Tap on and off with a valid Opal or contactless card. Fines apply without a valid ticket.
  • Bikes aren’t allowed on replacement buses. Use a nearby bike shed or locker.
  • Services may be delayed or cancelled due to driver shortages. We're working to minimise disruptions and keep your journey safe.
