Children aged 12 to 15 years can travel as Unaccompanied Minors on selected NSW TrainLink train and coach services when a parent or guardian books an Unaccompanied Minor ticket and meets the conditions of travel.
Children under 12 years must travel with an adult and cannot travel as Unaccompanied Minors on NSW TrainLink services.
NSW TrainLink is committed to providing a safe and consistent travel experience for children and young people who travel without a parent or guardian on regional train and coach services.
