If your School Opal card is lost, damaged or stolen, you can apply for a replacement, provided the student is still eligible.

If you proceed with replacing your School Opal card, the existing card will be cancelled immediately and a new card will be sent within 8-10 working days. There is a $10 replacement fee and students will need to travel with a valid ticket while waiting for the replacement pass to arrive.
