Track your school travel pass application

Track the status of your application using your N or UN number.

If you applied for a School Opal card or a school travel pass online, you can track the status of your application using your N or UN number.

For all other applications

  • You can't track applications starting with application ID prefix 'UE', 'TBP' or 'R'.
  • 'UE' prefixes: You will receive an email shortly after you apply if your request to change operators is successful.
  • 'TBP' prefixes: Once you pay for the School Term Bus Pass application, your Opal card will update, or a new card will be sent within 7-10 business days.
  • 'R' prefixes: Your new Opal card should arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of your Opal card replacement request.
