When the airport opens in late 2026, new public transport options will connect customers to and from the terminal.

From Sunday 5 July, new bus services in Western Sydney will connect Western Sydney International Airport with key centres across Greater Western Sydney. All the below services run every 30 minutes, 5am to 10pm daily.

  • Route 772 Mount Druitt to Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) via St Clair.
  • Route 790 Penrith to Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) via Kingswood.
  • Route 825 Liverpool to Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) via Bonnyrigg
  • Route 845 Campbelltown to Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) via Oran Park
  • Route 860 Liverpool to Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) via Leppington

WSI Link, a free shuttle bus service between St Marys train station and Western Sydney International Airport (WSI) will run every 30 minutes between 4.30am to midnight, Sunday to Thursday and 4.30am to 1am, Friday and Saturday. This temporary service will run once passenger flights begin and will operate until Sydney Metro services start.

More information on these services and timetables for the new Western Sydney bus services and WSI Link will be available soon. Please check back for updates.

When the airport opens, dedicated taxi ranks and rideshare pick-up zones will be available directly outside the airport terminal.

The new toll-free M12 Motorway connects Elizabeth Drive at Cecil Hills with The Northern Road at Luddenham. The motorway provides direct access to the future Western Sydney International Airport.

While the motorway will be open to traffic, access into the airport site will not be available until the airport opens in late 2026.

Learn your trip by watching our driver-view animations which show how to connect to the M12 Motorway. Motorists travelling on the M7 will be able to reach the M12 via Elizabeth Drive.

The M7–M12 interchange will open soon, providing Western Sydney with a seamless connection to the wider motorway network.
