On Demand Travel Credit terms and conditions

Participation in the On Demand Travel Credit Trial (ODTC Trial) is governed by the terms and conditions as set out below. Participation is voluntary.

Participants are entitled to expect that any personal information collected about them and their trip history while participating in the ODTC Trial will be treated in accordance with the New South Wales government's privacy responsibilities and obligations, which are set out in the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) (PPIPA).

The On Demand Travel Credit (ODTC) trial will involve the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, for the purpose of enabling Transport for NSW (TfNSW) to verify a participating customer’s eligibility for a travel credit and to direct its contracted service provider to process credits to eligible customers.

This Privacy Notice attached sets out how TfNSW collects, uses, discloses and stores information collected through your participation in the ODTC Trial which may include personal information.
