Regional coaches feature air conditioning, large windows and improved reclining seats with headrests for your comfort. Seats onboard the new modern coaches also have charging points for mobile phones and laptops.
Seating on coach services are allocated. Onboard the new modern coaches, enjoy a more comfortable seat with a small recline plus access to charging points for mobile phones and laptops. Seatbelts are fitted on all coaches and must be worn at all times while seated, as required by law.
You can request accessible seats and wheelchair spaces when booking. Depending on the size of the vehicle, all new coaches have one or two accessible wheelchair spaces. If you are seated in an accessible seat, you must also wear your seatbelt as required by law.

Large coaches have a 'kneeling' function that lowers the step for easier boarding. Yellow handrails and step edge markings help passengers with vision impairment.
