Onboard regional coaches
Information about travelling onboard NSW TrainLink services

Travel in comfort
Regional coaches feature air conditioning, large windows and reclining seats with headrests for your comfort.
Seating on coaches
Seats
Seating on coach services are allocated. Enjoy a comfortable seat that has a small recline. Seatbelts are fitted on all coaches and must be worn at all times while seated, as required by law.
Accessible seats
You can request accessible seats and wheelchair spaces when booking. If you are seated in an accessible seat, you must also wear your seatbelt as required by law.

Bringing luggage
Enjoy a luggage allowance of one large 20kg suitcase and one piece of hand luggage on our coaches.
Accessible travel
Large coaches have a 'kneeling' function that lowers the step for easier boarding. Yellow handrails and step edge markings help passengers with vision impairment.
Large coaches have two wheelchair spaces, while mini buses have one.
