If you need help with booking NSW TrainLink Regional travel, you may find the information you need on help with booking or below.

You can also submit a suggestion, compliment or complaint about Regional travel.

If your enquiry is related to a booking in the next 5 – 7 days please call 132 232 between the hours of 7am & 10pm.

Ticketing and Opal

If you have booked online, please enter your booking number and e-mail address on the Manage a booking page.

You will need to enter the purchasing card to refund online. Alternatively, please call 13 22 32 to get a refund within 48 hours of departure or to refund to a different credit card. 

If booked by phone, please call 13 22 32 to cancel and refund.
