When to cancel or change your booking
You can cancel or make changes at any time before departure, but fees and charges may apply. Here’s what you’re entitled to based on when you cancel:

Note:
- If your ticket costs less than $5.50, the full ticket amount will be kept as the cancellation or re-booking fee.
- Pensioner Travel Vouchers cannot be replaced.
- No fee applies when upgrading to First Class or changing your travel date, if you pay the difference.
- Refunds may not be available for discounted or promotional tickets. You may upgrade to a full fare by paying the difference.
- Tickets are non-transferable.

How to change or cancel your booking
Change your travel class
If you want to change specific details of your booking, you will need to cancel your original booking and rebook with your preferred changes:
- Upgrading to First Class: You’ll need to pay the fare difference and a $5.50 fee per passenger.
- Downgrading to Economy: You’re entitled to a refund of the fare difference, but rebooking fees may apply.
