Free travel for companions

If you have a Companion Card, your carer or companion can travel with you for free.

Vision Impaired Person’s Pass

If you have a Vision Impaired Person’s Pass, you can travel for free on public transport.

Assistance Animal Permit

If you have an assistance animal, you can apply for a permit that allows them to travel with you for free on public transport.

Travel for attendants

If you are an eligible ex-veteran, your concession card or Opal card may be marked "plus attendant." This allows the person supporting you during your trip to travel for free.
