Change or cancel a booking
You can cancel your booking or make changes at any time before departure, however fees and charges may apply.

Note:
- If your ticket cost less than $5.50, the full fare is forfeited as the cancellation fee.
- Pensioner Travel Vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Refunds may not be available for certain discounted or promotional tickets. If you have a non-refundable discounted booking, you can upgrade to a full fare and pay the difference and a rebooking fee.
- Tickets cannot be transferred to other people.

Online bookings
Log in to the booking site to manage your booking by entering your booking number and email address.
Phone booking

Sales agents
Contact the sales agent who made your original booking, if you want to change or cancel your booking. Cancellation and rebooking fees charged by private sales agents may vary, so please check these before booking.
Discovery Pass
- Active Discovery Passes: Non-refundable once activated. A Discovery Pass is automatically activated once you've made your first booking. See the terms and conditions.
- Unused Discovery Passes: Call 13 22 32 for refund applications.
If you would like to change your booking, including class of travel, date or time, you will need to cancel your original booking and rebook with your preferred changes:
- A $5.50 fee per passenger will apply for cancellations.
- Upgrading to First Class: You’ll need to pay the fare difference and a $5.50 fee per passenger.
- Downgrading to Economy: You’re entitled to a refund of the fare difference, but rebooking fees may apply.
