About the new booking system
We are making changes to our booking system to improve your travel booking experience for NSW TrainLink Regional train and coach services.
The new system will make it easier to plan, book and pay for your regional travel.
What you need to know
While we are moving to the new system, there are some temporary limitations on making future bookings. If you are planning to travel on or after 9 April 2025 please make your booking closer to your departure date.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance your travel experience.
Frequently asked questions
- If you’re planning to travel on or after 9 April 2025 please book your ticket in March.
- Up-to-date travel information will be available on transportnsw.info.
While we are transitioning from one system to another, the future booking functionality is unavailable until mid-March.
We expect to complete the move to the new system by late April 2025.
