The closest station to the event site is Bundanoon Station on the Southern Highland Line. The event site is a short walk from the station.

The M1 Metro North West & Bankstown Line operates turn up-and-go Metro services between Tallawong, Chatswood and Sydenham from early morning until late.
M1 Metro North West & Bankstown Planned Trackwork – Saturday 18 & Sunday 19 April
- Metro services will not operate between Sydenham and Chatswood
- Use train services between Chatswood, the City and Sydenham
- For travel to and from Waterloo use local buses
- Metro services run between Tallawong and Chatswood.

Getting there
- From Central: An additional service will leave Central at 6:52am stopping at Campbelltown, Macarthur, Picton then all stations to Bundanoon.
- From Campbelltown: Services will also be extended from Moss Vale to Bundanoon, leaving from Campbelltown at 8:39am, 10:09am, 12:09pm and 2:09pm.
Getting home
- From Bundanoon to Central: An additional service will leave Bundanoon at 4:45pm stopping all stations to Picton, then Macarthur, Campbelltown and Central.
- Services that normally start from Moss Vale will be extended to start from Bundanoon at 10:35am, 11:21am, 12:54pm and 2:53pm
Trackwork
Weekend trackwork is taking place on Saturday 18 April on the following lines and may affect how you travel to the event. Plan ahead using the Trip Planner:
- M1 Metro North West & Bankstown Line: Metro services will not operate between Sydenham and Chatswood. Use train services between Chatswood, the City and Sydenham. For travel to and from Waterloo use local buses. Metro services run between Tallawong and Chatswood.
- T1 North Shore Line: Sydney Metro trackwork may affect how you travel.
- T1 Western Line: Buses replace trains between Penrith, Richmond and Granville. Trains run to a changed timetable between Granville and the City. Buses also run between some T1 Western Line stations and Tallawong.
- T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line: Buses replace trains between Central and Bondi Junction, but do not stop at Martin Place. Trains run to a changed timetable between Cronulla, Waterfall and the City Circle, with some making extra stops at St Peters and Erskineville. Change at: Central for buses to Kings Cross and Edgecliff or at Town Hall for express buses to Bondi Junction. From Martin Place Station, buses leave from nearby bus stops, or you can walk to Wynyard Station for trains to T4 Illawarra Line stations. Metro trackwork may affect how you travel.
- T5 Cumberland Line: Buses replace trains between Richmond and Granville. T2 trains run to the normal timetable between Leppington and the City.
- T9 Northern Line: Metro trackwork may affect how you travel
- Blue Mountains Line: Buses replace trains between Penrith and Granville. T1 trains run between Granville and the City. Trains from Penrith to Blue Mountains stations run up to 45 minutes later than the normal timetable. Bathurst trains run between Bathurst and Lithgow only, some to a changed timetable. The 07:40 Bathurst to Central and 17:51 Central to Bathurst services continue to run between Bathurst and Central, to a changed timetable.
- Central Coast & Newcastle Line: From 8.30pm to Sunday 6am, buses replace trains from Newcastle Interchange to Gosford. From 8.15pm to Sunday 5am, buses replace trains from Gosford to Newcastle Interchange. Trains run between Gosford and Central, to a changed timetable.
- South Coast Line: Trains run to a changed timetable between South Coast Line stations and Hurstville only. T4 Illawarra Line trains run to a changed timetable between Hurstville and the City Circle. Buses replace trains between Central and Bondi Junction, but do not stop at Martin Place. Change at: Hurstville for T4 trains towards the City, Central for buses to Kings Cross and Edgecliff or Town Hall for express buses to Bondi Junction. From Martin Place Station, buses leave from nearby bus stops, or you can walk to Wynyard Station for trains to T4 Illawarra Line stations. Metro trackwork may affect how you travel. From 7.30am to 11.30am, at Waterfall and Helensburgh, all trains leave from platform 1. From 12pm to 4pm, at Helensburgh and Waterfall, all trains leave from platform 2.

L1 Dulwich Hill Line
Due to planned maintenance L1 Dulwich Hill Line light rail services will not operate on Saturday 18 April. Replacement buses run between Central and Dulwich Hill. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner.
L2 Randwick and L3 Kingsford Lines
L2 Randwick light rail services run between Circular Quay and Randwick via Central Station (Chalmers Street) and L3 Kingsford line services run between Circular Quay and Juniors Kingsford via Central Station (Chalmers Street). Services run regularly from 5am to 1am daily, plan your trip using Trip Planner.
Change at Central for trains to the Southern Highlands.
Note: due to planned maintenance L2 and L3 services will not run between Circular Quay and Central on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 April. Use trains instead.
L4 Westmead and Carlingford Line
L4 Westmead and Carlingford Line light rail services run between Carlingford and Westmead via Parramatta CBD. Services run regularly from 5am to 1am daily. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner.
Alight at Parramatta Square and connect with a bus service to Merrylands Station from Parramatta Station to access T2 line trains to Glenfield. Switch at Glenfield for T8 line trains to Campbelltown. Switch at Campbelltown for Southern Highland trains to Bundanoon.

Traffic is expected to be heavier than usual on approaches to the event including on Penrose Rd, Railway Ave and Bundanoon Rd.
Local roads in the area will be closed during the event including Erith St for the parade.
