With the new Feedback2Go app you can provide us feedback on public transport, roads and waterways.

  • A mobile channel that makes it easier for you to provide feedback on transport modes, e.g. metro, train, bus, ferry and light rail as well as roads and maritime.
  • Photos and location to assist with your feedback.
  • Icons that make it easy to select the service or mode the feedback relates to.
  • Ability to describe the issue in your own words.
  • Allows you to track your feedback and its status in real time.

Feedback2Go is the only official Transport for NSW customer feedback app and it's free.
