Attendees are encouraged to plan their trip and consider all the available travel options ahead of time.

Trains run regularly to Leumeah on the T8 Airport & South Line.

Remember, you'll need to use an Opal card or contactless payment card/device when travelling on public transport to and from the event. Register your details online at Opal or via the Opal Travel app ahead of time.

Opal

You can use an Opal card for all modes of public transport in Sydney and surrounding regions, including metro, trains, buses, ferries and light rail.

Remember to top up your Opal card before you travel to avoid waiting in line at top-up machines. You can top up your card online or at an Opal retailer.

Sydney Metro services are high-frequency, driverless trains running between Tallawong Station and Chatswood Station.

Please note that due to planned weekend trackwork on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 April, buses are replacing metro services between Tallawong and Chatswood. Trackwork on the T1 North Shore Line may also affect how you travel.

Trackwork

Weekend trackwork is taking place from 2am Saturday 13 April to 2am Monday 15 April on the following lines and may affect how you travel to the event. Plan ahead using the Trip Planner.

  • Metro North West: Buses replace metro services between Tallawong and Chatswood. Trackwork on the T1 North Shore Line may also affect how you travel. Change at Epping for trains towards the City via Strathfield.
  • T1 North Shore Line: Buses replace trains between Hornsby and Wynyard. Change at Wynyard for a City Circle train or the light rail. T9 Northern Line trains run to a changed timetable between Berowra or Hornsby and Central, platforms 1-12, via Strathfield. The light rail runs in both directions between Circular Quay, Wynyard, Town Hall and Central.
  • T1 Western Line: Trains run between Penrith and Central, platforms 1-12, and make an extra stop at Flemington. Richmond trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern between Richmond and Leppington. Change trains at Parramatta to continue your journey towards the City. On Sunday from 3am to 9am, and 8:30pm to 2am, buses replace trains between Parramatta and Olympic Park. Trains run to a changed timetable between Penrith, Richmond and Leppington, and between Olympic Park and Central or the City. Change at Parramatta for buses towards Olympic Park.
  • T2 Inner West & Leppington Line: Trains run to a changed timetable between Leppington and Ashfield or the City via Granville. On Saturday from 6.30am to 10.30am, Inner West trains run between Ashfield and the City only. Leppington trains stop at Homebush, Croydon and Ashfield. You may need to change trains to continue your journey. On Sunday from 4am to 9am, and 8:30pm to 2am, trains run to a changed timetable between Leppington and Penrith or Richmond, and between Olympic Park and the City. Buses replace trains between Parramatta and Olympic Park. Change at Glenfield for trains to the City via the Airport, or change at Parramatta for buses towards Olympic Park.
  • T3 Bankstown Line: Buses replace trains between Cabramatta, Lidcombe and Sydenham. You may need to change buses to continue your journey. Some T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line trains make extra stops at St Peters and Erskineville. On Sunday from 4am to 9am buses also replace trains between Lidcombe and Olympic Park.
  • T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line: All Cronulla and some Waterfall trains make extra stops at St Peters and Erskineville. Daily from 8am to 8pm, extra trains run between Hurstville and Bondi Junction.
  • T5 Cumberland Line: Extra trains run between Leppington and Richmond or Penrith.
  • T7 Olympic Park Line: On Sunday from 4am to 9am buses replace trains between Olympic Park and Lidcombe, with some buses continuing to Parramatta. Trains run between Olympic Park and the City. On Sunday from 8.30pm to 2am, trains run between Olympic Park and Lidcombe, and between Olympic Park and the City, but buses replace T1 Western and T2 Leppington Line trains between Olympic Park and Parramatta.
  • T9 Northern Line: Some trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern. Daily until 8am, trains run between Berowra and Central, platforms 1-12, or between Hornsby and Epping only. Daily from 8am, trains run between Berowra or Hornsby and Central, platforms 1-12 only.
  • Blue Mountains Line: On Sunday from 4am to 9am and 9pm to 2am, trains run between Blue Mountains Line stations and Blacktown only, due to trackwork between Parramatta and Olympic Park. Change at Penrith for express buses to Olympic Park. Buses also replace T1 Western Line trains between Parramatta and Olympic Park. Trains from Blacktown towards Blue Mountains Line stations leave 30 minutes later than normal. Some trains between Bathurst and Lithgow also run to a changed timetable. If you are travelling to Lithgow to connect with NSW TrainLink Regional Coaches please call 132 232 to confirm departure times.
  • South Coast Line: Buses replace trains between Wollongong and Waterfall, then continue to Sutherland. Trains run between Bomaderry, Kiama and Wollongong, and between Port Kembla and Wollongong, some to a changed timetable.  T4 Illawarra Line trains run between Waterfall, Sutherland and Bondi Junction, some to a changed timetable.

Busabout bus services operate in the Campbelltown and Macarthur region. Regular routes 870, 871, 872, 879 and 881 stop within walking distance of the stadium.

L1 Dulwich Hill Line

L1 Dulwich Hill Line light rail services run between Central Station (Grand Concourse) and Dulwich Hill via Darling Harbour and the Inner West. Services run regularly from 6am to 11pm daily, and until midnight on Friday. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner.

At Central, change for a train service to Leumeah on the T8 Airport & South Line.

L2 Randwick and L3 Kingsford Lines

L2 Randwick Line light rail services run between Circular Quay and Randwick via Central Station (Chalmers Street) and L3 Kingsford Line services run between Circular Quay and Juniors Kingsford via Central Station (Chalmers Street). Parking is available at Leumeah train station commuter car park via Airds Road and Plough Inn Road, you can then access the stadium via the Leumeah Station pedestrian link. There's limited street parking off Old Leumeah Road, Leumeah.
