Attendees are encouraged to plan their trip and consider all the available travel options ahead of time.
The closest station to the Motorsport Park is Blacktown. From Blacktown station, an event shuttle bus will connect you to Sydney Motorsport Park.
Please note that planned weekend trackwork is taking place on the T1 Western Line with buses replacing trains between Emu Plains and Parramatta, and on the T5 Cumberland Line with buses replacing trains between Blacktown and Parramatta. Remember, you'll need to use an Opal card or contactless payment card/device when travelling on public transport to and from the event. Register your details online at Opal or via the Opal Travel app ahead of time. Shuttle bus trips are included with your event ticket.
If you're driving, allow extra travel time as traffic will be heavier than usual across the weekend. Arrive early to avoid the delays and secure a car space. Limited parking will be available onsite at Sydney Motorsport Park.

Opal
You can use an Opal card for all modes of public transport in Sydney and surrounding regions, including metro, trains, buses, ferries and light rail.
Remember to top up your Opal card before you travel to avoid waiting in line at top-up machines. You can top up your card online or at an Opal retailer.

Sydney Metro services are high-frequency, driverless trains running between Tallawong Station and Chatswood Station.
The M1 Line operates turn up-and-go Metro services in both directions between Tallawong, Chatswood and Sydenham. Metro services start running from early morning, every 5 to 10 minutes, until late at night. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner.
Change at Epping or Central to connect with train services to Parramatta where you can connect with replacement buses to Blacktown. From Blacktown station, you can catch an event shuttle bus to get to Sydney Motorsport Park.

Blacktown Station to Motorsport Park event shuttle buses
Shuttle buses will run between Blacktown Interchange Stand J and Sydney Motorsport Park (Gate C), and return, each day of the event.
- Friday 21 February: buses run from Blacktown every hour from 11am until 9pm. Return buses leave the Motorsport Park every hour from 11.30am until 9.30pm.
- Saturday 22 February: buses run from Blacktown every hour from 11am until 11pm and final service at 11.20pm. Return buses leave the Motorsport Park every hour from 11.30am until 11.30pm. Last bus leaves the track at 11.40pm.
- Sunday 23 February: buses run from Blacktown every hour from 8.30am until 6.30pm. Return buses leave the Motorsport Park every hour from 9am until 7pm.
Keep in mind these shuttle buses are limited so allow extra travel time.
Trackwork
Planned trackwork is taking place throughout the event and may affect how you travel. Plan ahead using the Trip Planner.
Weekday – Friday 21 February
- T1 Western Line: From 9.30pm to 2am, buses replace trains between Emu Plains and St Marys. Trains run between St Marys and the City, some to a changed timetable.
- T9 Northern Line: From 4pm to 7.30pm, trains between Hornsby, Epping and Central run to a changed timetable and reduced frequency, every 15 to 20 minutes.
- Blue Mountains Line: Friday from 8.50pm, buses replace trains from Lithgow to Blacktown. From 10.40pm, buses replace trains from Blacktown to Lithgow.
- Hunter Line: From 4am Tuesday to 7.30am Friday, buses replace trains between Scone and Maitland. Trains between Dungog, Maitland and Newcastle Interchange may run to a changed timetable.
Weekend – Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 February
- T1 Western Line: Buses replace trains between Emu Plains and Parramatta. Trains run to a changed timetable between Richmond and Blacktown, and between Parramatta and the City.
- T3 Liverpool & Inner West Line: On Saturday, from 6.30am to 10.30am, trains run to a changed timetable between Liverpool and Lidcombe, and between Homebush and the City only.
- T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line: All Cronulla and some Waterfall trains make extra stops at St Peters and Erskineville.
- T5 Cumberland Line: Buses replace trains between Blacktown and Parramatta. Trains run to a changed timetable between Richmond and Blacktown, and between Parramatta or Leppington and the City via Granville
- T6 Lidcombe & Bankstown Line: On Saturday from 6.30am to 10.30am, trains run between Bankstown and Lidcombe to a changed frequency, every 30 minutes.
- T8 Airport & South Line: Trains run between Macarthur or Revesby and the City via the Airport only. T4 trains run between Sydenham and Bondi Junction, some making extra stops at St Peters and Erskineville.
- Blue Mountains Line: Buses replace trains between Bathurst and Parramatta. T1 Western Line trains run between Parramatta and the City, to a changed timetable
- Central Coast and Newcastle Line: Most trains run between Central Coast & Newcastle Line stations and Strathfield only. Change at Epping for metro services to the City or change trains at Strathfield to continue your journey. Some early morning trains run around the City Circle. From 6am to 11am, at Cowan, all trains leave from platform 2.

From Central, connect with a train service towards Parramatta to change for replacement buses to Blacktown.
L2 Randwick and L3 Kingsford Lines
L2 Randwick light rail services run between Circular Quay and Randwick via Central Station (Chalmers Street) and L3 Kingsford line services run between Circular Quay and Juniors Kingsford via Central Station (Chalmers Street). Services run regularly, plan your trip using Trip Planner.
From Central, connect with a train service towards Parramatta to change for replacement buses to Blacktown.
Trackwork full line closure – Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 February
- From Saturday 22 to Sunday 23 February, L2 Randwick Line and L3 Kingsford Line light rail services will not run due to planned trackwork and maintenance works. During this time, buses will replace services between Central Chalmers Street and Randwick or Juniors Kingsford. L4 Westmead and Carlingford Line
L4 Westmead and Carlingford Line light rail services run between Carlingford and Westmead via Parramatta CBD. Services run regularly from 5am to 1am daily. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner.

Delays are expected on roads approaching Eastern Creek, including on the M7 Motorway, M4 Western Motorway, Great Western Highway, Ferrers Road, Wallgrove Road, Prospect Highway and Reservoir Road as crowds travel to and from the event. Allow plenty of extra travel time and follow signs for parking.
Limited free parking will be available at Sydney Motorsport Park, in the Dragway via Gate D off Ferrers Road.

Roadside parking is not allowed along the shoulders of Ferrers Road, adjacent to Sydney Motorsport Park, between Brabham Drive and Chandos Road.
