The M1 Line operates turn up-and-go Metro services in both directions between Tallawong, Chatswood and Sydenham. Metro services start running from early morning, every 5 to 10 minutes, until late at night.

Trackwork
Planned trackwork is taking place on Sunday 16 March on the following lines and may affect how you travel to and from the event. Plan ahead using the Trip Planner.
- City Circle: Trains run in one direction only, from Central first stop Museum. Some trains may start or end at Central, run to a changed timetable or leave from different platforms. You may need to change trains to continue your journey. The light rail runs in both directions between Circular Quay and Central.
- T2 Leppington & Inner West Line: Buses replace trains between Leppington and Glenfield. Trains run to a changed timetable between Macarthur and the City Circle via Granville, and between Campbelltown and Central, platforms 1-12, via Regents Park. From 5.30am to 9.40am, buses replace trains between Cabramatta and Granville. Trains run to a changed timetable between Macarthur and the City via Regents Park.
- T3 Liverpool & Inner West Line: From 5.30am to 9.40am, trains run to a changed timetable between Macarthur and the City via Regents Park. Inner West trains run between Homebush and the City.
- T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line: Trackwork on the T8 Line may affect how you travel. If travelling to the Airport change at Central or Sydenham for a bus, not Wolli Creek.
- T5 Cumberland Line: Buses replace trains between Leppington and Glenfield. Most trains run between Schofields and Liverpool, to the normal timetable. From 5.30am to 9.40am, buses replace trains between Cabramatta and Granville. Trains run to a changed timetable between Macarthur and the City via Regents Park, and between Richmond or Schofields and Olympic Park. You may need to change trains at Lidcombe to continue your journey. From 9.40am to 11.30am, trains run to a changed timetable between Macarthur and the City via Granville, and between Richmond or Schofields and Olympic Park. You may need to change trains at Granville to continue your journey.
- T6 Lidcombe & Bankstown Line: Trains run to a changed timetable and may leave earlier than normal.
- T8 Airport & South Line: Buses replace trains between Glenfield, Sydenham and Central via the Airport. Trains run to a changed timetable between; Macarthur and the City via Granville, Campbelltown and Central, platforms 1-12, via Regents Park and Sydenham and the City. Change at Central for trains to T4 or South Coast Line stations, not Wolli Creek.

Ferries run between Stockton and Queens Wharf approximately every 20 minutes.
At Queens Wharf, change for a light rail service to Newcastle Interchange then connect with trains to Broadmeadow. Alternatively, from King Street near Perkins Street, you can catch a route 13 bus to Lambton Road to get within short walking distance of the stadium.

Newcastle Light Rail services run from 5am to 1am daily between Newcastle Interchange in Wickham and Pacific Park in Newcastle East. With six convenient stops, it’s easy to get around Newcastle’s city centre and connect with train, bus and ferry services.

Traffic will be heavier than usual on roads approaching the stadium as fans travel to the match in the busy evening peak. Carpool with your group and allow extra travel time on roads including Turton Road and Griffiths Road.
For passenger drop-offs, use the allocated 10-minute loading zone in the McDonald Jones Stadium car park. Entry is via the driveway off Turton Road.
