Match Ticket Entitlements

Valid pre-purchased tickets to Sydney FC A-League Men 2025 season home games at Allianz Stadium include travel to and from Moore Park on the following transport services – just show your event ticket to transport staff when boarding:

• Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink Intercity services (non-booked services bounded by Bomaderry, Goulburn, Bathurst, Scone and Dungog stations)
• Sydney Metro services
• Sydney metropolitan and outer metropolitan buses
• Sydney, Parramatta and Newcastle Light Rail services
• Sydney and Newcastle Ferries

Remember to keep your event ticket safe for your return journey or you'll need to use your Opal card or contactless payment method, as you must have a valid ticket when travelling on public transport. Your match ticket is valid on the modes of public transport listed above until 4am the following day.

Note: an additional train station access fee applies for travel to or from Domestic and International Airport stations. The access fee is not covered by your event ticket travel entitlements.

Transport Park&Ride Car Parks

Park for free when you catch public transport. Transport Park&Ride provides up to 18 hours free parking each day. All you have to do is complete a public transport trip. Located close to public transport hubs, Park&Ride car parks help you connect more easily to train, bus and ferry services.

Tickets to A-League season home games at Allianz Stadium include travel on transport and free Park&Ride parking. When leaving the car park use the intercom button at the exit gate to speak with the operator and show your event ticket.

If you use a Transport Connect account to access Park&Ride, the boom gate will automatically open as you leave the car park so you’ll need to request a refund in your account.

Sydney Metro services are high-frequency, driverless trains running between Sydney’s north-west and south-west via the city. 

The M1 Line operates turn up-and-go Metro services in both directions between Tallawong, Chatswood and Sydenham. Metro services start running from early morning, every 5 to 10 minutes, until late at night. 

Change at Central to connect with light rail services towards Moore Park leaving from from Chalmers Street.

The closest stations to Allianz Stadium are Central and Bondi Junction.  

From Central, catch a light rail service to Moore Park leaving from Chalmers Street. Alternatively, consider walking between Central and Moore Park via Devonshire Street and the Albert ‘Tibby’ Cotter Walkway. See the Moore Park walking route map (pdf 550KB) to find your way. 

From Bondi Junction, catch one of the many regular route buses from the Interchange to Oxford Street to get within walking distance of the stadium. 

Trackwork

Planned trackwork is taking place on Sunday 20  April on the following lines and may affect how you travel to and from the event. Plan ahead using the Trip Planner. 

• T1 Western Line: Richmond trains run between Richmond and Olympic Park only. Change trains at Parramatta to continue your journey towards the City. 
• T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line: Buses replace trains between Waterfall and Sutherland, and between Central and Bondi Junction. Trackwork buses do not leave from Martin Place Station. Trains run to a changed timetable between Cronulla, Sutherland and North Sydney, with some making extra stops at St Peters and Erskineville. Change at Sydenham or Central for metro services to Martin Place, change at Central for buses to Kings Cross and Edgecliff, or metro services to Martin Place; or change at Town Hall for express buses to Bondi Junction. 
• T8 Airport & South Line: Trains will not run between Sydenham and the City Circle. T4 Illawarra Line trains run between Cronulla, Sydenham and North Sydney, making extra stops at St Peters and Erskineville. Trains via the Airport run to the normal timetable. 
• South Coast Line: Buses replace trains between Dapto, Port Kembla and Sutherland, and between Central and Bondi Junction. Trackwork buses do not leave from Martin Place Station. Trains run between Bomaderry, Kiama and Dapto, some to a changed timetable. T4 Illawarra Line trains run to a changed timetable between Sutherland and North Sydney. Change at Central for buses to Kings Cross and Edgecliff, or metro services to Martin Place; change at Town Hall for express buses to Bondi Junction.

A number of regular Sydney Buses service stops along Anzac Parade near the precinct, including routes 339, 373, 374 and 396. From Bondi Junction Interchange, catch routes 333, 352 or 440 to Oxford Street or catch route 355 buses to Lang Road to get within short walking distance of the stadium.   

Keep in mind that buses and light rail services will be busy. Consider walking between Central and Moore Park via Devonshire Street and the Albert ‘Tibby’ Cotter Walkway to minimise wait times for transport services. See the Moore Park walking route map (pdf 550KB) to find your way.

L1 Dulwich Hill Line

L1 Dulwich Hill Line light rail services run between Central Station (Grand Concourse) and Dulwich Hill via Darling Harbour and the Inner West. Services run regularly from 5am to 1am daily. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner.

From Central, change for light rail to Moore Park leaving from Chalmers Street.   

L2 Randwick and L3 Kingsford Lines

L2 Randwick light rail services run between Circular Quay and Randwick via Central Station (Chalmers Street) and L3 Kingsford line services run between Circular Quay and Juniors Kingsford via Central Station (Chalmers Street). Services run regularly from 5am to 1am daily. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner. 

Catch L2 or L3 light rail services to Moore Park. The Moore Park stop is located along Anzac Parade just south of Allianz Stadium.

Additional light rail services will run before and after the game. Queues are expected, so be patient and allow plenty of extra time, particularly when leaving the stadium. L4 Westmead and Carlingford Line

L4 Westmead and Carlingford Line light rail services run between Carlingford and Westmead via Parramatta CBD. Services run regularly from 5am to 1am daily. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner.

Alight at Parramatta Square and connect with trains to Central from Parramatta Station. From Central, catch a L2 or L3 Line service to Moore Park. The Moore Park stop is located along Anzac Parade just south of Allianz Stadium.

Passengers are reminded that trams can’t stop quickly or easily – so please stop, listen and look around for trams and use designated pedestrian crossings.

With a combined crowd of over 60,000 people attending multiple events in the Moore Park precinct on Sunday, ticketholders are urged to leave the car at home to avoid significant traffic delays and high demand for parking.  

If you must drive, you will need to arrive earlier than usual to secure a parking spot as on-site parking will fill quickly. Grass car parks on Driver Ave open from 12.15pm, while EQ car park is open 24 hours. Limited parking will also be available at Sydney Boys & Girls High School car park off Cleveland St. A flat rate event parking fee of $30 will apply to all car parks. Carpool with your group and expect long delays on roads approaching the precinct. Have a back-up plan in mind in case on-site parking is not available.  

Warringah Fwy Upgrade roadworks: 

Fans travelling from the North Shore and Northern Beaches are warned of significant delays expected on Military Rd and Falcon St due to lane and ramp closures for the Warringah Freeway Upgrade project. If you’re catching buses to the city or driving allow plenty of extra travel time and aim to leave home by around 1pm or earlier. Changed traffic conditions 

• Driver Avenue will be partially closed outside the stadium from 12.30pm and will reopen once crowds have safely cleared the area. 
• No through-traffic will be available on Driver Avenue, however access to EP2 Kippax car park will be maintained via Moore Park Road and access to EP3 grass car park and drop-off areas will be maintained from Lang Road. Grass car parks open from 12.15pm.

The closest taxi rank is located on Errol Flynn Boulevard (near the Hordern Pavilion). 

If you’re using rideshare to get to the game, use Errol Flynn Boulevard or Driver Avenue for drop off locations.  

After the game, there may be restrictions on rideshare pick up locations due to heavy traffic in the area. Select a pick-up location away from the stadium.

Moore Park Car Parks

Parking is expected to be full with cricket fans. Carpool with your group and have a back-up plan for parking.  

• Entertainment Quarter Wilson car park: Open 24 hours. Flat rate event parking fees apply. Entry via Errol Flynn Boulevard from Lang Road.  
• Showground Field (EP3) grass car park: Open from 2pm. Cashless, flat rate event parking fees apply. Entry on Driver Avenue via Lang Road. 
• Sydney Boys High School and Sydney Girls High School: Car Park open from around 2pm. Cashless, flat rate event parking fees apply. Entry via Cleveland Street. Use the Anzac Parade pedestrian bridge to get to and from the stadium. 

NOTE: EP2 Kippax grass car park on Driver Ave will not be open for this game.

Special Event Clearways

Special event clearways will be in place on roads in Moore Park and surrounding areas from 11am to 8pm on sections of Albion Street, Fitzroy Street, Lang Road and Moore Park Road, and from 6am to 8pm on Cleveland Street. There will also be clearways on Chalmers St from 11am to 4pm.  

From 6am - 8pm 

• Cleveland Street between South Dowling Street and City Road (southern side) 
• Cleveland Street between Abercrombie Street and South Dowling Street (northern side) 

From 11am - 8pm 

• Albion Street between Bourke Street and Flinders Street (both sides) 
• Fitzroy Street between South Dowling Street and Bourke Street (northern side) 
• Moore Park Road between Flinders Street and Greens Road (northern side) 
• Lang Road between Anzac Parade and Errol Flynn Boulevard (northern side)  

11am – 4pm 

• Chalmers Street between Cleveland St and Randle St (western side)  

Clearways are strict no-parking zones for all vehicle types, and apply even to local residents and TfNSW Mobility Scheme Permit holders. Check signs carefully as vehicles left in clearways will be towed and a fee applies. If your vehicle is towed, you can search your vehicle registration at the Find My Car website to find its new location, or alternatively call 132 701 to speak to an operator.
