Important Travel Advice

Fans are encouraged to plan their trip and consider all the available travel options ahead of time.

Trains run regularly to Gosford on the Central Coast & Newcastle Line. From Gosford station, Industree Group Stadium is a short walk away.

Remember, you'll need to use an Opal card or contactless payment card/device when travelling on public transport to and from the event. Register your details online at Opal or via the Opal Travel app ahead of time.

If you’re driving, travel with your group and use nearby local parking. Allow extra travel time as traffic will be heavier than usual. You can find real-time updates on traffic conditions at .

Opal

You can use an Opal card for all modes of public transport in Sydney and surrounding regions, including metro, trains, buses, ferries and light rail.

Remember to top up your Opal card before you travel to avoid waiting in line at top-up machines. You can top up your card online or at an Opal retailer.

More ways to pay

If you have a contactless-enabled American Express, Mastercard or Visa debit or credit card, or a linked device, you can use it to pay for your travel by tapping on and tapping off at Opal card readers. Available on all public transport, contactless payments are another way to pay on the Opal network. Adult Opal fare pricing applies and you will receive Opal benefits including daily and weekly fare caps.

Sydney Metro services are high-frequency, driverless trains running between Sydney’s north-west and south-west via the city. 

The M1 Line operates turn up-and-go Metro services in both directions between Tallawong, Chatswood and Sydenham. 

Metro services start running from early morning, every 5 to 10 minutes, until late at night. 

Change at Epping or Central to connect with a Central Coast & Newcastle Line train to Gosford.

The closest station to Industree Group Stadium is Gosford on the Central Coast & Newcastle Line. From the station, the stadium is a short walk away via Showground Road and Dane Drive. 

To help you get home from the event, the following services will run: 

  • Leaving Gosford at 10.30pm - stopping all stations to Hornsby, then Epping, Strathfield, and Central Terminal.

Trackwork

Planned weekend trackwork is taking place on Saturday 24 May on the following lines and may affect how you travel to and from the event. Plan ahead using the Trip Planner:  

  • T1 Western Line: Buses replace trains between Richmond and Blacktown. Trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern between Penrith, Blacktown and the City. 
  • T2 Leppington & Inner West Line: Buses replace trains between Cabramatta and Granville. Trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern between Leppington and the City via Regents Park. 
  • T3 Liverpool & inner West Line: Trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern between Leppington and the City.  You may need to change trains if travelling to Inner West trains.
  • T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line: Trains will not stop at Wolli Creek but make an extra stop at Arncliffe.Buses run between Arncliffe, Wolli Creek and Sydenham. Change at Arncliffe or Sydenham for a bus to Wolli Creek. T8 Airport & South Line trains to and from the City continue to stop at Wolli Creek. From 4am to 11.30am, buses replace trains between Waterfall and Sutherland. Trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern between Cronulla, Sutherland and Bondi Junction, 
  • T5 Cumberland Line: Buses replace trains between Cabramatta and Granville, and between Richmond and Blacktown. Trains run to a changed timetable between Leppington and the City via Regents Park, and between Blacktown and the City.  Change at: Lidcombe for trains towards Leppington. Change at Cabramatta or Granville for buses to Canley Vale, Fairfield, Yennora, Guildford or Merrylands. 
  • T6 Lidcombe & Bankstown Line: Buses replace trains between Bankstown and Lidcombe. 
  • T8 Airport & South Line: From 9am to 3pm, trains may run to a changed timetable due to trackwork between Revesby and Turrella. 
  • Blue Mountains Line: Some trains may run to a changed timetable due to trackwork between Blacktown and Lidcombe. 
  • South Coast Line: Trains will not stop at Wolli Creek but make extra stops at Arncliffe and Sydenham. Buses run between Arncliffe, Wolli Creek and Sydenham. Change at Arncliffe or Sydenham for a bus to Wolli Creek. From 3am to 11am, buses replace trains between Dapto, Port Kembla and Sutherland. Trains run to a changed timetable between Bomaderry, Kiama and Dapto, and T4 Illawarra trains run between Sutherland and Bondi Junction.

Red Bus Services and Busways service the Central Coast area.

Busways Central Coast routes 19, 21, 22, 23, 64 and 67 run towards Central Coast Stadium and stop near the stadium.

L1 Dulwich Hill Line

L1 Dulwich Hill Line light rail services run between Central Station (Grand Concourse) and Dulwich Hill via Darling Harbour and the Inner West. Services run regularly from 5am to 1am daily. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner.

Change at Central for Central Coast & Newcastle Line trains to Gosford Station.

L2 Randwick and L3 Kingsford Lines

L2 Randwick Line light rail services run between Circular Quay and Randwick via Central Station (Chalmers Street) and L3 Kingsford Line services run between Circular Quay and Juniors Kingsford via Central Station (Chalmers Street). Services run regularly from 5am to 1am daily, plan your trip using the Trip Planner.

Change at Central for Central Coast & Newcastle Line trains to Gosford Station.

Service changes:

  • On Saturdays from 5pm light rail services will not run between Town Hall and Circular Quay due to road closures for Vivid Sydney.

L4 Westmead and Carlingford Line 

L4 Westmead and Carlingford Line light rail services run between Carlingford and Westmead via Parramatta CBD. Services run regularly from 5am to 1am daily. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner

Alight at Parramatta Square and connect with a train service towards Epping or Central to connect with Central Coast & Newcastle Line trains to Gosford.    

Passengers are reminded that trams can’t stop quickly or easily – so please stop, listen and look around for trams and use designated pedestrian crossings.

Traffic may be heavier than usual on roads approaching the stadium, allow extra travel time.  

Dane Drive will close from 2:15pm between the Central Coast Highway and Donnison Street and will reopen once crowds have cleared the area.

Several car parks are located within easy walking distance from Industree Group Stadium:  

  • Baker Street Car Park (P1) is approximately 100m away.  
  • Free parking is available 300m away at Gosford Train Station (P2).  
  • Central Coast Leagues Club provides free members parking (P3).
