Important Travel Advice

With up to 40,000 fans expected, ticketholders are urged to plan ahead and consider all the available travel options ahead of time.

  • Match tickets include travel on all modes of public transport, simply show your ticket to transport staff when boarding services.
  • Public transport is the best way to get to Allianz Stadium. Trains and metro services run regularly to the city where you can catch frequent light rail services to and from Moore Park, with extra services running before and after the match. The Moore Park light rail stop is just a short walk across from the stadium.
  • Regular route buses also stop along Anzac Parade and Oxford Street. See the Moore Park walking route map (pdf 677KB) to find your way.
  • Make a day of it, there's plenty of local venues nearby to enjoy pre and post game.
  • Walk from Central to Moore Park via Foveaux Street or Devonshire Street and the Albert ‘Tibby’ Cotter Walkway if you can (about 25 minutes). Arrive early to and explore local venues before heading into the match. See the Moore Park walking route map (pdf 677KB) to find your way.

Driving

  • If driving is your only option, carpool with your group and arrive early to secure parking as spaces will be in high demand and car parks will fill quickly. Expect delays on roads approaching the precinct as attendees travel to and from the match. You can find real-time traffic conditions at livetraffic.com.
  • Limited parking is available near Allianz Stadium at the Entertainment Quarter Wilson car park, grass car parks on Driver Avenue and Sydney Boys & Girls High School car park off Cleveland Street.
  • Parking is expected to fill quickly so plan to arrive early or have a back up plan in case car parks are full when you arrive. Consider parking at a station or car park near you and continuing your trip to Moore Park on public transport.
  • Special event clearway parking restrictions around the stadium will also make street parking very limited. Check signs carefully when parking to avoid being towed.
  • If you are getting dropped off or picked up, use Errol Flynn Boulevard or Driver Avenue for drop-offs, and Errol Flynn Boulevard for pick-ups. To avoid traffic delays, consider other locations further away and then walking to the stadium.
