Important Travel Advice

With over 70,000 attendees expected in the precinct for the Robbie Williams concert at Accor Stadium and another concert at neighbouring Afterpay Arena, ticketholders are urged to leave the car at home and catch public transport to avoid getting caught in traffic delays.

Transport:

  • Join other Robbie Williams fans by catching one of the many trains or major event buses to the concert!
  • Travel on all public transport modes is included in your concert ticket – simply show your ticket to transport staff when boarding services. See the Sydney Olympic Park transport map (pdf 601KB) to find your way.
  • Express and limited-stop trains will run to Olympic Park from Central and Western Line stations from late-afternoon, with frequent return services until late. From Olympic Park station, the stadium is a short 10-minute walk away.
  • Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Buses will run on all nine routes every 5 to 20 minutes between 3:05pm and 7:05pm depending on the route. Last return bus leaves Olympic Park at 11:30pm.
  • Plan your trip using the Trip Planner or the free Opal Travel app.

Driving:

  • Do not drive unless you have pre-booked parking. Pre-book online ahead of time to secure a space. A flat rate $40 parking fee will apply.
  • If you have pre-booked parking, follow the directions of staff and have your parking ticket ready to show at the car park entry. Carpool with your group and allow plenty of extra travel time as traffic will be heavy with a concert also on at neighbouring Afterpay Arena. You can find real-time updates on traffic conditions at livetraffic.com. After the concert, expect to allow up to an hour of additional travel time exiting car parks.
  • If you haven't pre-booked, consider parking at a nearby station commuter carpark and continuing your trip by train or bus to Olympic Park, at no extra cost.
  • Roads in the precinct will be closed before, during and after the show. For road closure details, visit the Sydney Olympic Park interactive map for more details.
  • If you're getting dropped off/picked up or catching rideshare and taxis: Taxi ranks are located on Herb Elliott Ave near Showground Rd at the Pullman Hotel. To help you get home an additional taxi rank will be available on Edwin Flack Ave at Dawn Fraser Ave. After the event, demand for taxis and rideshare will be high and prices are likely to be surging.
  • If using rideshare please follow the directions provided in the app to suitable pick up/drop off meeting points.
