Norwest On Demand service

On Demand services for the Norwest are run by CDC Hillsbus' MetroConnect.
On Demand buses can pick you up from an agreed point near home and drop you off at Norwest Station, Bella Vista Station or Hills Showground Station, making it easier to connect with the Sydney Metro.

With Opal Connect, you can earn up to $2 in travel credit every time you transfer within 60 minutes between Opal and On Demand services in Norwest.
You will need an Opal Connect account to start earning travel credit. Sign up for an Opal Connect account, link your Opal card and add a payment card. Then download the MetroConnect app from the App Store or Google Play and log in using your Opal Connect account username and password.
Once you've completed these steps, any travel credit you earn will be added to your Opal Connect account. When you have accumulated enough credit, you can use it to pay for your next On Demand trip.
