The Transport Connect customer portal is a restricted access section of the Website which is accessible only to registered Transport Connect users. In addition to Terms and Conditions of using this Website the following also applies to the use of the Transport Connect customer portal.
To access the Transport Connect customer portal, you must first create an account at https://connect.transportnsw.info/sign-up or via one of the TfNSW published mobile apps. If you create an account via Transport Connect, your account will only become active once you have entered the verification code emailed to your nominated email account. Alternatively, you can create or login through a Service NSW account. For more information about how Service NSW handles your personal information please visit https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/privacy
You may only access and use the Transport Connect customer portal for your personal, non commercial purposes and you may not use or copy any part of the Transport Connect customer portal for any other purpose.
You may register for services within the Transport Connect customer portal. Each service must be registered separately and additional terms and conditions may apply.
You must keep all usernames, passwords, personal identification numbers and answers to security questions confidential. You must not disclose this information to any person, and we are not responsible for any loss suffered as a result of you disclosing any such information to another person.
Where you are logged into the Transport Connect Portal using your user name and password, you will be automatically logged out after a period of inactivity to help reduce the risk of anyone else accessing your account.
We welcome your comments on the Website including any suggestions for improvements and any complaints or concerns. TfNSW may use your comments to improve the Website and the operations of TfNSW and other NSW Government Agencies.
