Important Travel Advice
Sydney Olympic Park will be busy with more than 45,000 music fans attending the Bad Bunny show each night, as well as around 10,000 Hilltop Hoods fans attending a concert on Saturday at nearby Qudos Bank Arena.
Transport
Attendees are encouraged to leave the car at home and catch public transport to avoid getting caught in traffic delays. Travel on trains, metro and light rail are included in your show ticket
- Public transport is the best way to get to Olympic Park. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner.
- Additional limited-stop trains will run from North Sydney to Olympic Park as well as regular trains between Lidcombe and Olympic Park. The venue is a short walk from the station.
- You'll need to use an Opal card or contactless payment card/device when travelling on public transport to and from the event. Register your details online at Opal or via the Opal Travel app ahead of time.
Driving
- If you need to drive, pre-book parking to guarantee a car space. Carpool with your group and allow extra travel time to arrive. A flat rate $35 parking fee will apply.
- If you have pre-booked parking, follow the directions of staff and have your parking ticket ready to show at the car park entry.
- Traffic will be very heavy after the show as attendees leave at the same time. Expect to allow up to an hour of additional travel time exiting car parks.
- You can also consider parking at a nearby train station commuter car park and continuing your trip by train to Olympic Park. You'll need to use an Opal card or contactless payment card/device when travelling on public transport
- Allow plenty of extra travel time on roads and plan your trip before leaving home. You can find real-time updates on traffic conditions at livetraffic.com.

Event ticket entitlements
Valid pre-purchased tickets to the Bad Bunny shows at ENGIE Stadium include travel to and from Olympic Park on the following transport services, just show your event ticket to transport staff when boarding:
- Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink Intercity services (non-booked services bounded by Bomaderry, Goulburn, Bathurst, Scone and Dungog stations)
- Sydney Metro services
- Sydney, Parramatta and Newcastle Light Rail services
Remember to keep your event ticket safe for your return journey or you'll need to use your Opal card or contactless payment method, as you must have a valid ticket when travelling on public transport. Your event ticket is valid on the modes of public transport listed above until 4am the following day.
Note: an additional train station access fee applies for travel to or from Domestic and International Airport stations. The access fee is not covered by your event ticket travel entitlements.

Opal
You can use an Opal card for all modes of public transport in Sydney and surrounding regions, including metro, trains, buses, ferries and light rail.
Remember to top up your Opal card before you travel to avoid waiting in line at top-up machines. You can top up your card online or at an Opal retailer.
More ways to pay
If you have a contactless-enabled American Express, Mastercard or Visa debit or credit card, or a linked device, you can use it to pay for your travel by tapping on and tapping off at Opal card readers. Available on all public transport, contactless payments are another way to pay on the Opal network. Adult Opal fare pricing applies and you will receive Opal benefits, including daily and weekly fare caps.
Transport Park&Ride Car Parks
Park for free when you catch public transport. Transport Park&Ride provides up to 18 hours of free parking each day. All you have to do is complete a public transport trip. Located close to public transport hubs, Park&Ride car parks help you connect more easily to train, bus and ferry services.
Tickets to Bad Bunny shows at ENGIE Stadium include travel on transport and free Park&Ride parking. When leaving the car park use the intercom button at the exit gate to speak with the operator and show your event ticket.

Sydney Metro services are high-frequency, driverless trains running between Sydney’s north-west and south-west via the city.
The M1 Metro North West & Bankstown Line operates turn up-and-go Metro services between Tallawong, Chatswood and Sydenham from early morning until late.
Change at Central for trains to Lidcombe then Olympic Park. Alternatively, change at Epping for a train service towards Strathfield then Olympic Park.
Additional late night metro services will run on Saturday 28 February through till first service on Sunday 1 March.

To help you get to and from the event, the following additional trains will run.
Getting there
- From North Sydney and the city: limited stop services will run every 15 minutes between North Sydney and Olympic Park from 5pm to 1am, stopping all stations to Central then Redfern, Strathfield and Olympic Park.
- All T1 North Shore to Penrith trains between 5pm and 7pm will divert into Olympic Park.
Getting home
- To North Shore Line stations: All Penrith to North Shore line trains will divert into Olympic Park from 10pm to 1am. An additional all-stops to Hornsby via Gordon service will leave Central at 10.50pm.
- To Western Line stations: On Saturday catch shuttle trains from Olympic Park to Lidcombe for connecting western line services. On Sunday, additional trains will run to Penrith leaving Lidcombe at 1:10am and 1:59am - stopping Auburn, Clyde, Granville, Harris Park, Parramatta, Westmead, Seven Hills, Blacktown then all stations to Penrith.
- T4 South Line trains: Additional all-stops services to Hurstville will leave Central at 11:10pm on Saturday and 12:47am on Sunday, and to Mortdale at 12.55am.
Trackwork
Planned trackwork is taking place on Saturday 28 February and Sunday 1 March on the following lines and may affect how you travel to and from the event. Plan ahead using the Trip Planner.
- M1 Metro North West & Bankstown Line: On Sunday from 9.50pm, metro services run to a reduced frequency between Tallawong and Sydenham, every 20 minutes. At Victoria Cross and Crows Nest services towards Tallawong may leave from different platforms. Please check indicator screens before boarding.
- T1 Western Line: Trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern between Richmond and Fairfield, change at Parramatta for trains towards the City; and between Penrith and the City, making extra stops at Flemington and Burwood. Daily from 5pm to 1am, some Penrith trains make extra stops at Olympic Park
- T2 Leppington & Inner West Line: Buses replace trains between Macarthur, Glenfield and Fairfield. Trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern between Leppington and the City via the Airport, and between Fairfield and Richmond. Change at Parramatta for trains to the City via Granville. Inner West trains run between Homebush or Ashfield and the City. From 9.40pm Saturday to 3am Sunday, buses also replace trains between Leppington and East Hills. Trains run between East Hills and the City, to a changed timetable. Sunday from 4am to 1.20pm, Inner West trains run to a changed timetable between Homebush and the City. T9 Northern Line trains make an extra stop at Ashfield.
- T3 Liverpool & Inner West Line: Buses replace trains between Liverpool and Lidcombe. Trains run between Lidcombe and the City, to a changed timetable and frequency. Inner West trains run between Homebush or Ashfield and the City. You may need to change trains to continue your journey. Sunday from 4am to 1.20pm, Inner West trains run to a changed timetable between Homebush and the City. T9 Northern Line trains make an extra stop at Ashfield.
- T5 Cumberland Line: Buses replace trains between Glenfield and Fairfield. Trains run to a changed timetable between Leppington and Glenfield, and between Fairfield and Schofields or Richmond. From 9.40pm Saturday to 3am Sunday, buses also replace trains between Leppington and Glenfield.
- T6 Lidcombe & Bankstown Line: Buses replace trains between Bankstown and Lidcombe. Buses also replace T3 trains between Liverpool and Lidcombe. Change at: Lidcombe for T1 trains towards the City or Parramatta; Regents Park for T3 buses towards Liverpool; or at Bankstown for Southwest Link bus services towards Sydenham.
- T8 Airport & South Line: Buses replace trains between Macarthur, Glenfield and Fairfield. Trains run to a changed timetable between Leppington or Revesby and the City via the Airport. T8 trains continue to run between Sydenham and the City Circle, some to a changed timetable. From 9.40pm Saturday to 3am Sunday, buses replace trains between Leppington and East Hills. Trains run between East Hills and the City, to a changed timetable.
- T9 Northern Line: On Sunday from 4am to 1.20pm, trains make an extra stop at Ashfield
- Blue Mountains Line: Trains run between Blue Mountains Line stations and Blacktown only. Use T1 Western Line trains between Blacktown and the City. Trains from Blacktown to Blue Mountains Line stations run 30 minutes later than the normal timetable.
- Central Coast & Newcastle Line: Most trains run between Central Coast & Newcastle Line stations and Strathfield only. Change at Epping for metro services to the City or change trains at Strathfield to continue your journey.
- Southern Highlands Line: Buses replace trains between Goulburn, Moss Vale and Glenfield. You may need to change buses to continue your journey. T8 Airport & South Line trains run between Glenfield and the City via the Airport, to a changed timetable. From 9.40pm Saturday to 3am Sunday, buses replace trains between Moss Vale and East Hills. T8 Airport & South Line trains run between East Hills and the City via the Airport.

The following Sydney buses services run to Olympic Park:
- Route 525 runs between Parramatta and Sydney Olympic Park via Newington.
- Route 526 runs between Strathfield and Rhodes Shopping Centre via Sydney Olympic Park precinct and wharf.
- Route 533 runs from Sydney Olympic Park to Chatswood via Rhodes & North Ryde.

The closest wharf to ENGIE Stadium is Sydney Olympic Park Wharf. There is a connecting 526 bus to the venue or alternatively it is approximately a 40-minute walk (3.6km) from the wharf.
F3 Parramatta River services run regularly to Olympic Park, but services are very popular and may reach capacity. Keep this in mind if you’re planning on catching an F3 Parramatta River service. Plan your trip and allow plenty of extra travel time or consider the alternative public transport options available.
F3 Parramatta River ferries may be affected by low tide between Parramatta and Rydalmere and replaced by buses. Check for updates here.

L1 Dulwich Hill Line

L2 Randwick and L3 Kingsford Lines
L2 Randwick Line light rail services run between Circular Quay and Randwick via Central Station (Chalmers Street) and L3 Kingsford Line services run between Circular Quay and Juniors Kingsford via Central Station (Chalmers Street). L4 Westmead and Carlingford Line
L4 Westmead and Carlingford Line light rail services run between Carlingford and Westmead via Parramatta CBD. Services run regularly from 5am to 1am daily. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner.
Alight at Parramatta Square and connect with a train service towards Lidcombe then Olympic Park from Parramatta Station.
Passengers are reminded that trams can’t stop quickly or easily – so please stop, listen and look around for trams and use designated pedestrian crossings.

With up to 45,000 Bad Bunny fans and 10,000 Hilltop Hoods fans the precinct will be very busy on the weekend.
Traffic will be heavier than usual on roads approaching Sydney Olympic Park as attendees travel to and from the show each night. Travel with your group and allow extra travel time on the M4, Parramatta Road, Homebush Bay Drive and Concord Road.
If you have to drive, carpool with your group pre-book your parking online ahead of time to secure a space – available until 11:59pm the night before the event unless sold out prior.
To get to your carpark and avoid the heavy traffic congestion expected at the Homebush Bay Drive roundabout, use Silverwater Road, Holker Street and Hill Road.
Road closures

Spaces will be in high demand with thousands of concert goers attending a show at nearby Qudos Bank Arena at the same time on Saturday.

Use Silverwater Road, Holker Street and Hill Road to get to your car park and avoid the heavy traffic congestion expected at the Homebush Bay Drive roundabout. Traffic delays are expected after the event as attendees leave the precinct.
