Provide your feedback with QR codes

Transport for NSW is testing QR code customer satisfaction surveying at a few select locations across the Public Transport network.

The pilot will run for the month of November.

To participate in the pilot you will be able to answer a very short satisfaction survey by scanning a QR code, located at stations or while on-board services, using your mobile devices. You can also follow the link on the Opal Travel app homescreen to fill in the survey.

Just look for the posters below when using the Metro, on-board Route 333 and B-Line bus services and the Transport Information Centre at Central Station.

The surveys can be completed on your phone or other mobile device and will only take a minute or two.

Survey responses will be anonymous and no identifiable personal information will be captured. We are testing this approach to learn more about different ways of gathering customer feedback, which will help inform future efforts to enhance our customer experience.
