Changes to bus route 134 on the South Coast

Changes are being made to the South Coast bus route 134 to provide a faster and more direct connection between Sussex Inlet and Sanctuary Point, from 20 January 2025.

Starting Monday 20 January the revised Route 134 will operate as follows:

  • The bus will continue to start at Berrara and Sussex Inlet.
  • The route will be extended to Huskisson.
  • The service will now travel via Island Point Road through St Georges Basin and Sanctuary Point, then to Vincentia and Huskisson.
  • Route 134 will no longer operate via Tomerong. However, Tomerong will still be connected to Berrara, Sussex Inlet and Nowra by the existing Route 135.

The Route 134 timetable is changing. The updated route and timetable will be available on digital platforms and travel apps.

  • Route 134 will now travel via Island Point Road through St Georges Basin and Sanctuary Point, then to Vincentia and Huskisson.
  • The following bus stops in Tomerong will no longer be serviced by the Route 134 bus:
    • Grange Rd at Island Point Rd
    • Hawken Rd before Grange Rd
    • Hawken Rd at McGuire Way
    • Hawken Rd opp Torbin Pl
    • Tomerong Public School, Hawken Rd
