On Demand Ferry
Book a ferry that comes to you. On Demand ferry makes getting around the Bays Precinct quicker and easier, connecting Pyrmont, Glebe and Barangaroo. Launching on Monday 14 October, the new service is part of a trial of On Demand services.
How to book
Book in advance
Book an On Demand ferry via the Tranzer app. You can book up to 24 hours in advance.

You can also book your trip from a kiosk at Pyrmont, Glebe or Barangaroo wharf. The kiosk will notify you when the ferry is expected to pick you up. You can pay with your credit card once on board the ferry.
A one way trip:

Concession fares are available for concession card holders, including pensioners, seniors, students and apprentices. Find out your eligibility.
|Monday to Friday||7am to 10pm|
|Weekends and public holidays||8.30am to 7.30pm|
On Demand ferry will operate in the Bays Precinct between Barangaroo Wharf in Darling Harbour, Pirrama Park and Fish Market Wharf in Pyrmont, and Blackwattle Bay Wharf in Glebe.
All trips will either start or end at Barangaroo wharf. You cannot book a trip with multiple stops.
On Demand ferry services have bike storage facilities available so you can cycle to or from the wharf.
