Northern Rivers On Demand service

The B-ConX On Demand services for the Northern Rivers region operated by Buslines Group, were launched on 18 March 2019. The B-ConX services operate from the suburbs of Alstonville and Wollongbar, and Chilcotts Grass, and Goonellabah, and can take you to places of interest or transport hubs to connect with route bus services to Ballina or Lismore.

Bookings

You can book the On Demand service via app and phone.

Bookings can be made up to 45 minutes before the requested departure time and up to one week in advance of the trip.

Fares

Distance Standard fare Concession fare

5–10km $3.40 $1.70
11–24km $4.90 $2.45
25–40km $7.20 $3.60

Concession fare eligibility: concession card holders, including pensioners, seniors, students and apprentices.

The Regional Excursion Daily Ticket (RED) will also be available for Pensioner Concession eCard holders, NSW Seniors card holders and War Widower/s card holders (NSW or Victoria).

Free travel entitlements are available with a Vision Impaired Person's Travel Pass, NSW Blinded Soldier Pass, WW1 Veteran's Widows Pass and Ex-Defence card. Please notify Buslines Group of your entitlement at the time of booking.

Monday to Friday 6.30am–6.30pm
Saturday 7.35am–7.45pm
Sunday and Public holidays 7.35am–6.45pm

The Northern Rivers On Demand area includes Alstonville and Wollongbar including TAFE NSW Wollongbar, The Palm Shopping Centre, Wollongbar Tavern, Industrial area, Alstonville Leisure and Entertainment Centre, Alstonville Plateau Bowls and Sports Club, Federal Hotel, The Plaza and Alstonville Swimming Pool.
