Important Travel Advice
With sold out crowds expected each concert night, ticketholders are urged to leave the car at home and catch public transport to avoid getting caught in traffic delays. Concert nights are on Sunday 16, Monday 17, Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 February, and a final show will be on Friday 7 March.
- Public transport is the best way to get to Olympic Park. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner or free Opal Travel app.
- Trains run regularly to Olympic Park from Lidcombe and the venue is a short walk from the station.
- Additional trains will run from Blacktown and Schofields to Olympic Park on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evening.
- You'll need to use an Opal card or contactless payment card/device when travelling on public transport to and from the event. Register your details online at Opal or via the Opal Travel app ahead of time.
- On Sunday, trackwork may affect your trip as buses will be replacing trains between Parramatta and Olympic Park, and between Bankstown and Olympic Park. Trains continue to run between Leppington and Penrith or Richmond, and between the city and Olympic Park. If you’re travelling from the west or south, you will need to change for buses to continue your trip to Olympic Park. Plan ahead using the Trip Planner.
If you have no other option but to drive, you must have pre-booked parking:
- Parking is in high demand, it is essential that you pre-book parking online to guarantee a car space.
- Carpool with your group and allow extra travel time. Traffic delays are expected on roads approaching the precinct and entering car parks as attendees travel to each concert, particularly during busy weeknight peak travel times.
- If you have pre-booked parking, follow the directions of staff and have your parking ticket ready to show at the car park entry.
- After the show, traffic will be very heavy as everyone leaves at the same time. Expect to allow up to an hour of additional travel time exiting car parks.
- You can also consider parking at a nearby train station commuter car park and continuing your trip by train to Olympic Park.

Opal
You can use an Opal card for all modes of public transport in Sydney and surrounding regions, including metro, trains, buses, ferries and light rail.
Remember to top up your Opal card before you travel to avoid waiting in line at top-up machines. You can top up your card online or at an Opal retailer.
More ways to pay
If you have a contactless-enabled American Express, Mastercard or Visa debit or credit card, or a linked device, you can use it to pay for your travel by tapping on and tapping off at Opal card readers. Available on all public transport, contactless payments are another way to pay on the Opal network. Adult Opal fare pricing applies and you will receive Opal benefits, including daily and weekly fare caps.
Sydney Metro services are high-frequency, driverless trains running between Sydney’s north-west and south-west via the city.
The M1 Line operates turn up-and-go Metro services in both directions between Tallawong, Chatswood and Sydenham. Metro services start running from early morning, every 5 to 10 minutes, until late at night.
Change at Epping or Central for trains towards Lidcombe then Olympic Park.

The closest station to Qudos Bank Arena is Olympic Park, accessible from Lidcombe on the T7 Olympic Park Line.
Sunday 16 February concert:
- Trackwork may affect your trip as buses will be replacing trains between Parramatta and Olympic Park, and between Bankstown and Olympic Park for planned trackwork.
- Trains run between Leppington and Penrith or Richmond
- Trains also run between the city and Olympic Park, no need to change at Lidcombe.
- If you’re travelling from the west or south, you will need to change for buses to continue your trip to Olympic Park. Plan ahead and allow extra travel time.
Monday 17, Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 February concerts:
Trains run regularly to Lidcombe where you can head to Platform Zero for a direct train to Olympic Park, running every 10 minutes until 12.30am each concert night.
The following additional trains will also run:
- Leaving Blacktown at 5.34pm – stopping at Parramatta, Lidcombe then Olympic Park.
- Leaving Schofields at 5.58pm – stopping at Blacktown, Parramatta, Lidcombe then Olympic Park.

Planned trackwork is taking place throughout the event and may affect how you travel to and from the event. Plan ahead using the Trip Planner.
Sunday 16 February
- T1 Western Line: Buses replace trains between Parramatta and Olympic Park. Trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern between Penrith or Richmond and Leppington, and between Olympic Park and the City. Change at Parramatta for buses towards Olympic Park, or at Glenfield for trains to the City via the Airport.
- T2 Inner West & Leppington Line: Buses replace trains between Parramatta and Olympic Park. Trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern between Leppington and Penrith or Richmond, and between Olympic Park and the City. Change at Glenfield for trains to the City via the Airport, or Parramatta for buses towards Olympic Park.
- T3 Liverpool Line: Trains run between Liverpool and Bankstown only. Buses replace T6 trains between Bankstown and Olympic Park. Trains run between Olympic Park and the City.
- T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line: Trains run between Waterfall, Sutherland and Bondi Junction, some to a changed timetable. From 4am to 6.30am, buses replace some trains between Waterfall and Hurstville
- T5 Cumberland Line: Trains run to a changed timetable and stopping pattern between Penrith or Richmond and Leppington.
- T6 Lidcombe & Bankstown Line: Buses replace trains between Bankstown and Olympic Park. Trains run between Olympic Park and the City, and between Bankstown and Liverpool.
- T7 Olympic Park Line: Buses replace trains between Olympic Park, Lidcombe and Parramatta or Bankstown. Trains run between Olympic Park and the City.
- Blue Mountains Line: Trains run between Blue Mountains Line stations and Blacktown only. Change at Penrith for express buses to Olympic Park. Trains run between Olympic Park and the City. T1 Western Line trains run between Penrith, Blacktown and Leppington. Buses replace trains between Parramatta and Olympic Park. Trains from Blacktown to Blue Mountains Line stations run 30 minutes later than normal.
- South Coast Line: From 4am to 6.30am, buses replace some trains between Waterfall and Hurstville. Trains run between South Coast Line stations and Waterfall, and T4 trains run between Hurstville and the City.

The closest wharf to Qudos Bank Arena is Sydney Olympic Park Wharf. There is a connecting 526 bus to the venue or alternatively it is approximately a 40-minute walk (3.6km) from the wharf.
F3 Parramatta River services run regularly to Olympic Park, but services are very popular and may reach capacity. Keep this in mind if you’re planning on catching an F3 Parramatta River service. L4 Westmead and Carlingford Line

Alight at Parramatta Square and connect with a train service towards Olympic Park from Parramatta Station.

Traffic will be heavier than usual on roads approaching the precinct as attendees travel to the event, particularly during weeknight evening peak travel times. Travel with your group and allow extra travel time on the M4, Parramatta Road, Homebush Bay Drive and Concord Road.

- T1 Western Line: Seven Hills, Blacktown, Rooty Hill, St Marys, Emu Plains and Penrith.
- T1 North Shore & T9 Northern Line: Gordon, Thornleigh and Concord West.
- T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line: Sutherland and Kogarah.
- T8 Airport & South Line: Padstow, Revesby, Fairfield, Warwick Farm, Glenfield, Holsworthy, Macarthur, Campbelltown and Leumeah.
