The Ponds On Demand service

Earn up to $2 travel credit every time you transfer between Opal and On Demand services in The Ponds. Find out more about travel credit.

The Ponds On Demand service, operated by Cooee Busways, connects customers living in Schofields, The Ponds and Kellyville Ridge to Tallawong, Rouse Hill and Schofields stations and The Ponds and Stanhope Village shopping centres.

Book a trip when you are ready to travel via the Cooee Busways app.

After you book you will receive a booking confirmation and an estimated pick-up and drop-off time at an agreed location.

Fares

On Demand fares are the equivalent of Adult Opal fares and Concession Opal fares for bus. 

Free travel entitlements are available with a Vision Impaired Person's Travel Pass, NSW Blinded Soldier Pass, WW1 Veteran's Widows Pass and Ex-Defence card. Please notify Busways of your entitlement at the time of booking. Conditions apply.

What is travel credit?

With Transport Connect, you can earn up to $2 in travel credit every time you transfer within 60 minutes between Opal and On Demand services in The Ponds.

You will need a Transport Connect account to start earning travel credit. Sign up for an Transport Connect account and On Demand travel credit, link your Opal card and add a payment card. Then download the Cooee Busways app from the App Store or Google Play and log in using your Transport Connect account username and password.

Once you've completed these steps, any travel credit you earn will be added to your Transport Connect account. When you have accumulated enough credit, you can use it to pay for your next On Demand trip.

The Cooee Busways service area covers Schofields, The Ponds and Kellyville Ridge. Residents in the extended zone outlined in white can access the train and metro stations, while residents in the zone outlined in black can also access The Ponds and Stanhope Village shopping centres.
