You can use an Opal card for all modes of public transport in Sydney and surrounding regions, including trains, buses, ferries and light rail. There is also a Travel Cap of $2.70 on Sundays.

If you have an American Express, Mastercard or Visa debit or credit card which displays the contactless payment symbol, or linked device, you can use it to pay for your travel by tapping on and off at Opal card readers on trains, light rail and Sydney Ferries. Keep in mind if you’re travelling by bus you still need to use an Opal card. Standard (peak) Adult Opal fare pricing applies. If you consistently use the same contactless card or linked device to tap on and tap off, you may qualify for Opal daily, weekly and Sunday fare caps but no other Opal benefits apply.

The closest station to Bella Vista Farm is Blacktown Station.

From Blacktown connect with a bus service towards Bella Vista Farm. Regular bus services also run to the event site from Westmead Station.

Trackwork

Trackwork will be taking place from 02:00 Saturday 30 March until 02:00 Monday 1 April and may affect how you travel to the event:

  • T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line: Buses replace trains between Cronulla, Waterfall and Central. Trains run to a changed timetable between Bondi Junction and Central.
  • South Coast Line: Buses replace trains between Dapto and Central, and also between Port Kembla and Wollongong. Trains run to a changed timetable between Bomaderry and Kiama, and between Kiama and Dapto.

Trackwork is carried out on an ongoing basis to maintain the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the Sydney Trains network. To note: the Epping to Chatswood rail line has been temporarily closed for upgrades ahead of the Sydney Metro Northwest services begin in May 2019. The high-frequency bus service, Station Link, replaces trains between Epping and Chatswood. For more information on Station Link, visit transportnsw.info.

Regular bus services stop within walking distance of Bella Vista Farm including Routes 745 (Saturday only), T64 and T70.

Traffic is expected to be busy on roads approaching Bella Vista Farm including Old Windsor Rd, Norwest Blvd, Windsor Rd, Edgewater Rd and Westwood Way. If you are planning on driving, allow additional travel time.

Parking is available at the Bella Vista Farm in the outer grounds of the farm, just inside the entrance.
