Ticketing information

Valid pre-purchased match tickets to Sydney Kings games at Qudos Bank Arena in Olympic Park include travel on the following public transport services:

  • Sydney Trains services (bounded by Bomaderry, Goulburn, Bathurst, Scone and Dungog stations)
  • Sydney Metro services

Remember to keep your ticket safe for your return journey or you'll need to use your Opal card or contactless payment method, as you must have a valid ticket when travelling on public transport. Your match ticket is valid on public transport until 4am the following day.

Note: an additional train station access fee applies for travel to or from Domestic and International Airport stations. The access fee is not covered by your event ticket travel entitlements.

Sydney Metro services are high-frequency, driverless trains running between Tallawong Station and Chatswood Station.

Metro services start running every 10 minutes from the early morning until late. Change at Epping for trains towards Olympic Park.

The closest station to Qudos Bank Arena is Olympic Park. Catch a train to Lidcombe for a direct service to Olympic Park from Platform Zero running every 10 minutes until 10:20pm, then every 10 minutes until midnight.  

Trackwork

Trackwork is taking place from 02:00 Saturday 16 until 02:00 Monday 18 November and may affect how you travel to and from the event:

  • T1 North Shore: Buses replace trains between Berowra, Hornsby and Wynyard. 
  • T1 Western Line: Trains run to a changed timetable between Emu Plains, Penrith and Central, then continue to the City Circle. 
  • T9 Northern Line: Trains run to a changed timetable between Berowra or Hornsby and Central via Strathfield.

The following Sydney Buses services run to Olympic Park:

  • Route 525 runs between Parramatta and Burwood via Sydney Olympic Park.
  • Route 526 runs from the Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf to Olympic Park.
  • Route 533 runs from Sydney Olympic Park to Chatswood via Rhodes & North Ryde.

Sydney Ferries services are very popular and may reach capacity, especially on weekends. Keep this in mind if you’re planning on catching an F3 Parramatta River service. Use the Trip Planner and consider the alternative public transport options available.

Qudos Bank Arena is around a 40 minute walk (3.6km) from Sydney Olympic Park Wharf. There is a connecting 526 bus to the venue.

Light rail services run between Central Station and Dulwich Hill with stops at popular CBD and Inner West destinations. Change at Central to connect with trains towards Lidcombe and Olympic Park.
